The application and assessment of community health information system

Community health information system(HIS) is a comprehensive electronic information system on health record of residents,it includes basic health record,preventive and immunization,treatment records,health examine records,family planning and so on.The assessment on community HIS is based on the construction,implementation,effects and other aspects of the system.Systematic evaluation will promote the improvement of community health information system.
