Optimization of the 1/4 Pixel Accuracy Motion Estimation In the H.26L Video Coding Standard

In order to accelerate the motion estimation of the 1/4 pixel accuracy in H.26L, an optimized algorithm based on fast SAD(Sums of Absolute Difference) is presented, which highly speeds up the H.26L coding program on the premise of maintaining the video quality.
