This paper studies the practice of the problem of defect fixing of the large scale software A93K SOC Series 93000-after outs(?)ureed, provides a solution to apply the studies of defect trading and defect inspection to control the quality of defect fixing; Analyses the number of fixed defects and the qualities of services ot workflow of CRT (Customer Response Team) to validate and verify the effect of the workflow.
