A group signature, which is an important type of digital signature, allows individual members in a group to sign on behalf of the group, while not disclosing information about any group member. One of the difficulties in a dynamic group signature lies in the deletion of group members.A dynamic group signature scheme is proposed based on network authentication that can efficiently delete group members. The scheme includes two modules: an authentication module and a signature module. The authentication module ensures any deleted member can not log on to the system. In the signature module, the ElGamal algorithm and the signature of knowledge are used to construct the group signature scheme, making it capability of defending against any attack. In this scheme, the authentication module is very efficient and can be transplanted to other group signature schemes which cannot delete group members.
