φ-irreducibility on Markov chains in random environments

Let{} be Markov chains in random environments with countable state space.In this paper,first of all,we introduce Hopf Markov chains and skew product Markov chains.Next,we define φ-irreducibility on Markov chains in random environments,and obtain its equivalence definition and main properties by skew product Markov chains,finally,we investigate the properties of Ψ-irreducibility.
