The exploration of construction of local documentary database

The construction of local documentary database is an exploring work. What kinds of databases are to be built, and how to build the databases still remains a problem. Based on the needs of the readers and the characteristics of local documents, the author puts forward an idea about the co-existence of the database of abstract, the database of full text, and the database of bibliography in this paper.
