A Computational Method of Forecasting Based on Time-variant Intuitionistic Fuzzy Time Series

In this paper,we present a intuitionistic fuzzy time-variant time series model,which utilizes intuitionistic fuzzy set theory to forecast the time series problems whose observations are linguistic value.Intuitionistic fuzzy transfer relationship is established to deal with dynamic process problems in the proposed model.The developed model has been tested on the historical student enrollments,Guangxi University.The suitability of the developed model has been examined in comparison with the other models to show its superiority.
