On Network Tragedy of the Commons and Its Solution

Hardin's tragedy of the commons theory expounds image and profoundly the fundamental basis of social role of institution and property rights.Network society and its' development increasingly reveal the characteristics of the network tragedy of the commons.Based on analysis on the nature and characteristics of network society,this article illustrates the risk of occurrence of the network tragedy of the commons,and proposes a solution for its prevention.
