Determination of Simvastatin in Human Plasma by LC/MS/MS

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of simvastatin level in human plasma.METHODS:The plasma samples, into which the internal standard was added,were extracted with Ethyl Ether,then concentrated and determined by LC/MS/MS.RESULTS:The linear range of simvastatin was 0.1～20ng·mL-1(r=0.999 9),with extraction recovery rate at 94.3%.CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,specific,reproducible and accurate,and suitable for the study of pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of simvastatin in human body.
