Research on the Identification of File Value

This paper,from the basic archive viewpoint,analyses the present situation of file identification,discusses the two tendency of it,and gives some suggestions that stree its own post value identification,add the evaluation of benefit,optimize the files library,and improve the input-output ratio in file conservation.
