Key Technique of Remote Monitoring System of Navigational Marks

According to the composition and function requirements of remote monitoring system of navigational marks the key technique to realize the system is studied.The method of analyzing buoy position drift and bump based on GPS is introduced in detail and the model of judgement for buoy bump is given.The main reasons of the terminal RTU energy wastage are analyzed and the design method of low terminal power consumption is presented.The technology and method of data service and decision-making support in central control system are also discussed.
