A Stamp-Based Security Mechanism for Distance Educational Resources

This paper introduces a stamp-based security mechanism for executable information resources, which meets the security requirements of the downloading resources from the Internet The design scheme of the resources interpreter that may ensure the security of the downloading resources is discussed in this paper.
