Secure Analysis and Improvement of Yahalom Protocol

The security of Yahalom protocol is analysed in the paper,and it is found that the similarity,symmetry and unfixed length of the exchanged messages in the protocol,as well as the protocol's interleaved execution processes in network communications are the main reason for its vulnerability to security attacks such as parallel attack and reaction attack.Aiming at these problems,a modified Yahalom protocol based on a mutually trusted party is discussed,so that the parallel and reaction attack can be avoided.
