The following problem is considered: Problem P Given G∈R n×m ,and Let X∈R n×k ,B∈R m×k ,find A∈GR m×n ≥O such that AX=B where GR m×n ≥O ={A∈R m×n |GA∈R n×n ≥O }The necessary and sufficient conditions for the problem P having a solution are discussed.The expressions for the general solutions of the problem P are given.
