The Reflection of the Application of DNA Technology in Criminal Investigation

DNA technology has played an important role in the detection of criminal cases,provides a strong technical support for solving crimes,and has made great contributions to the society. But it has also some negative influences to the society,including special technical ethics and moral ethics problems. This article analyzes and studies the emergence and development of DNA technology from the perspective of philosophy,reflects its social impacts,absorbs some of its methodological enlightenments dialectically. The article will put forward the thought and method to solve the problem on the basis of the discovery of these problems,to maximize positive functions and eliminate negative influences,Eventually the paper will provide theoretical basis for the application of DNA technology to criminal investigation and the society.
