IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPARISON OF MULTICAST STREAMING IN WINDOWS MEDIA AND REALSYSTEM

Multicast is a kind of data transferring mode which can fully save bandwidth, and streaming media is the media files that are transferred using streaming transferring technology currently on Internet. This paper mainly discusses how to transfer streaming media using multicast respectively in Windows Media and RealSystem, and finally the conclusion was given.
