A New Dynamic Routing Algorithm for MPLS Traffic Engineering

A new routing algorithm based on delay, hops and link priority is proposed. By introducing the conception of link priority, the algorithm can converge more quickly. Design guidelines and advantages over other algorithms are explained in detail.
