Forward-secure threshold public encryption scheme with trusted centre

Forward-secure scheme and threshold scheme are main technique, which can solve exposure of secret key. With trusted centre and the polynomial of degree Z, a new forward-secure threshold scheme is presented. The key updating algorithm is very simple. Although the attacker gains the one period key, he cannot gain any information about the other period keys.
