Research and Design of Remote Operation and Maintenance Management System for Desktop Terminals

At present,the issues related with desktop terminals are increasing day by day because of a large number of widely distributed desktop terminals and complex user categories.The existing ways for desktop terminals managers to solve the technical issues are mainly to communicate by telephone and then troubleshoot on-site,which puts enormous pressure on desktop terminals operation and management because of absence of powerful informatization tools.This paper proposes a remote operation and management system for desktop terminals according to the centralized management requirements.The proposed system provides several functions including remote assistance,file transfer,instant messaging,and audit of operation and maintenance,improves the maintenance efficiency,and reduces the maintenance cost.Making full use of the integrated monitoring system of information operation and maintenance,it aims to standardize operation and maintenance flow of terminals,and share the knowledge and experience of operation and maintenance.
