Study and application of immediate billing technology to telecommunication network

The new situation of immediate billing in telecommunication network is analyzed. The solution of immediate billing function for telecommunication service can be achieved by using intelligent network technology. Finally, some handling methods and suggestions about problems of immediate billing are proposed.
