Incomplete Information Rough Group Decision-making in Remote Test and Support

In the application of distributing remote test and support system,the poor datum and the network quality always caused the test information incomplete problem during remote test and the multi-experts decision collision and cooperation always caused the multi-resource decision-making problem during remote support.The paper promoted the rough group decision-making method,which used the similar relation expressed the incomplete information system and avoided the information distortion by optimal complete selection method.The rough group decision-making with decision support degree was used on the multi-experts decision making.The result of the experiment showed the method could notably improved the accuracy rate of equipment maintenance level decision-making.
