Verifiable escrowed signatures

The verifiable escrowed signature plays an important role in fair exchange protocol such as contact signing. Based on verifiable signature sharing, we present new verifiable escrowed signatures, which can be applied to many signature schemes. In particular, for RSA and Rabin signatures our schemes are simpler, more efficient and practical.
