Objective To study how to reduce the incidence of pressure sores during hemodialysis in clinical research. Methods Selected 308 cases from our hospital during 2011. 5-2014. 5 who needed hemodialysis. Randomly divide them into two groups-observation group( 200 cases) and the control group( 108cases) by non-synchronous grouping. During hemodialysis all the cases received routine care, and the cases in observation group added the nursing intervention and guidance of pressure sores. Compared the incidence of pressure sores of two groups after hemodialysis, and the nursing satisfaction patients evaluated. Results There were 13 cases( 12%) diagnosed that they had pressure sores in control group, and 2 cases( 1%) in observation group. There was significant difference between two groups( P 0. 01). And the rate of pressure sores was related to the expected pressure sore risk closely( P 0. 01). The nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group( P 0. 01). Conclusions Nursing intervention and guidance of pressure sores can reduce the rate of pressure sores during hemodialysis, improve the nursing satisfaction. It's good for patients to continue hemodialysis and reduce the additional pain from complication of hemodialysis.
