The entrapment is the especial means of investigation,which is direct and easy to capture the criminal suspect.This method is efficient in terms of evidence collecting and controlling the suspects.Compared with the traditional response investigation,the entrapment has many advantages.It also conforms to the law which can combat crime and protect the human rights.It must be regulated and legalized in moderation.
