A Research of Intrusion Prevention System based on Data Fusion on Campus Network

With the rapid development and the gradually complicated of Campus network,intrusion tools are more diversity and flexible.So the intrusion prevention system of Campus Network must be effective,adaptive,and easy to extend.By analyzing the now available unitary network safety technology deficiency,a Intrusion Prevention System model based on data fusion and data mining is proposed,used for improving security defend level of campus network and solving failing to report the problem of attacking with new Dos incurred because of wrong report etc of traditional IPS.
