Safety Monitoring Index Determination of Horizontal Displacement of Fengman Dam

Based on structure mechanical characteristics and displacement monitoring data of Fengman Dam,the typical low-probability method and mixed analytic method were used to develop horizontal displacement monitoring index.Preparing the two methods and determining the others factors,the results show that mixed analytic method can well reflect the horizontal displacement monitoring index.
