The real-time hydrological forecasting system for constructing of Sutong Changjiang bridge was introduced in detail,the forecast principle,database design,development tools etc of the system was studied.The system runs stably and smoothly.The operation of the system is simple,the accuracies of the system are high.It can be used in the construction of the bridge.The system can be operated by the amateurish people of hydrologic forecasting.It is meaningful and the system can be popularinged easily.
