Opto-electronic industry is the most energetic industry in the 21st century.Many countries and regions are developing opto-electronic industry now and many opto-electronic vales are being built in these country in order to grabbing this chance.There are many advantages of developing opto-electronic industry in Dalian,but there are some disadvantages in Dalian comparing with other developed regions.This paper analyses status que of opto-electronic industry development in Dalian firstly.It definitudes target and emphases of opto-electronic industry assembling secondly.It provides some countermeasure about accelerating assembling resource of opto-electronic industry in Dalian lastly.
