Application of Transient Acoustic Signal and Rough Set in Fault Diagnosis of Bearings

The steady state signal can't be obtained in equipment full scale test and the conventional vibration test method can't be used for non-contact,undisassembly and non-destructive online test.Aimed at those restriction,the transient acoustic signal is used for fault diagnosis of bearings,and fault diagnosis decision table is reduced using rough set theory,forming clear and concise fault diagnosis rules.As a result,accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis of bearings are improved effectively.
