Quality Evaluation System Indexes of Personnel Training by Combining Working with Studying

The principles to construct the quality evaluation system of personnel training by combining working with studying are introcluced.The evaluation system is constructed by three indexes:ideological morality,ability,and social evaluation.The weight of each index is determined by analytical hierarchy process,and the connotation of the core index is explained.
