The Real-Time Matching Algorithm for Radar Image With Electronic Chart

The paper works with a binary electronic chart which has extracted the characteristics of coastal edge and a binary radar image which has been zoomed out in electronic chart at real-time.Several feature segments that consist of feature points depict a contour and then the matching fragments are obtained.For the full use of the geometrical features of the contour,the algorithm gives preferable matching precision and increases computational speed obviously so as to realize radar real time matching positioning.
