Architecture Research of LUT-Based SRAM-FPGA

As one of the largest growing fields of the semiconductor industry, the design of interior architecture of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) attracts more and more IC design engineers. Regarding currently generally used LUT based SRAM FPGA, this paper introduces the design of the logic module, routing architecture and input/output architecture. At the same time, the optimized designs of several circuits are showed.
