Studying the key factors of network emergences,explaining the reasons of appearance about Internet phenomenon,these is helpful to discovering the rule of network behaviors,macroscopic forecast and control of Internet state,regulating network behaviors,and perfecting the Internet,etc..It has great academic and actual significance in terms of network flux,users,equipments,protocols,administrations and security,social economy and governmental macro control etc..The article discusses emergences in biology,society,economy and Internet,including the factors of network emergences,and proposes the contents for further research.
