Study of Distributed AC Servo System Based on Touch Panel

Most of the traditional production and maintenance devices are controlled by relays.They are complicated for operating and have too many malfunctions,low reliability and credibility,long devising period and slow investment reclaiming.At the same time,with the enhancement of man-machine interface requirements in automation field,touch panels are used widely.This paper introduces design of locomotive's digital subordinate motor experimental platform based on fieldbus and touch screen control theory,which introduces a communication method based on RS232 communication protocol between HITECH touch panel and microcomputer system.This paper describes the PWS6600s which is used in motor control system.Multi-PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)monitor and control system based on the CAN bus and Ethernet is designed and accomplished by adopting the method of design field bus control system.
