Application of Frequency-Compression Stochastic Resonance in Weak Life Signal Detection

Peng Zang · Communications technology · 2012

For the signal processing of life detection radar could not satisfy the needs of the online and real-time detection of the weak life signal under the strong noisy background. In order to solve this problem,a new detection method based on the combination of traditional autocorrelation detection and stochastic resonance theory is proposed to detect the weak life signals. The proposed method first use the autocorrelation detection to implement initial noise filtering, and then with double-layer cascaded stochastic resonance, extracts the weak life signal. In each layer's stochastic resonance processing, the idea of frequency-domain compression is adopted to satisfy the conditions of adiabatic and small parameter.Simulation analysis shows that the proposed method could greatly raise the signal-to-noise ratio threshold of weak life signals.
