Multiscale Edge Detection on Images Using B-spline Wavelets

An multiscale edge detection algorithm on images was presented and we compared with traditional algorithms such as Canny and Sobel. The results of computer simulation show that the performance of this algorithm is superior to Sobel,and as good as Canny. In addition, this algorithm has less computational complexity, and less computational cost.
