It is necessary to popularize electronic accounting for the purpose of the reform and improvement of accounting sys- tem.This paper,with the intention of standardizing and practicing electronic accounting,explains in detail accounting soft- ware,selection of environment in using the software,operation training,management of the computer room and test running of computers.
