Design of high precision and low ripple DC-DC power

A high-precision and low-ripple DC-DC power module has been designed for precision instruments.The circuit has been designed to achieve a low on-resistance analog switch,the voltage conversion circuit for applying DC-DC power has been proposed,and the circuit design has also been proposed to improve the negative-level current source absorption into the source of current output.Based on the EMC characteristics of DC-DC power and designed a circuit EMI filter,the output ripple of the power has been reduced to the lowest extent.Finally,analyses about power integrity and PCB design are illustrated.The circuit met the requirements of the precision instrument power well.
