Practice and Study of Information Technology Audit for Telecom Enterprises

China telecom is in a period of rapid growth.To control IT risks,and ensure reliable operation of the information systems has become an urgent task for the telecom enterprises.IT audit is an important risk management tool of the main telecommunications enterprises in North America,and plays an important role in the steady development of the enterprises.This article describes the IT audit situation of the main telecom operators in North America,particularly the audit organization,mechanism,responsibility,scope,architecture and so on.Meanwhile,how to carry out IT audit in China Telecom,and how to develop a theory and method applicable to China Telecom IT Audit are also explored in this article.
