Electronic documents management system is designed and implemented based on analysis of documents management business of institutions.An solution of the electronic documents management system with user-defined structure is proposed,and gives a concrete realization based on C# language.System customization features allow users to tailor their own to develop in line with the needs of the user's own electronic file structure,provides users with plentiful data entry and collection means.Not only the system can input media files,but also the user can input files for the past automatically converted database.
