Optimum Operation and Optimum Analysis to Permit Coding Function of a Kind of Signal Transitive Stochastic System

This article studies a kind of optimization of signal transitive stochasic system without noise feedbck.And it does the optimum operation to permit coding function of the signal and sloves the measuring question of the optimum coding and decoding of the signal.It contributes an ideal way of mathematical handling for making further improvrmens on the officiency of the signal transitive system.
