Exploration of Crime Computer

This article generalizes the broad sense theory?the narrow sense theory and the compromised theory of the definition of crime by computer in the academic field puts forward author's own options.The essay also analyzes the three main features of crime computer by and six existent crime modality and proposes some ways to prevent such crime in terms of management?technology and legal system.
