A Novel Method of Channel Estimation for CDMA2000

The structure of cdma2000抯 reverse link channel is analyzed. The pilot channel is used for accurate channel estimation in a multiplexed form with power control bits. A novel method of channel estimation based on decision feedback for this condition is proposed. Simulation result shows that channel distortion can be estimated effectively by this method.
