With continuous development of IC industry,IC suppliers focus on devices which are good performance with lower cost.The demand of testing on new devices is more and more.The article introduces tests on the device named burning three-pin regulator.Here,the test includes a burning process.The device can provide difference voltages,so the application of the device is very wide.The article focuses on designs of the hardware,software and their tests.Today,it has built eight kinds of test packages.About fifteen voltages in eight series were set up.
