Ontology Knowledge Navigation Based on Description Logic

In CSCL, knowledge navigation module always adopts ontology library as its core component. Most of the current systems utilize the frame ontology, but the frame based ontology lacks of precise semantics. This paper proposes a way to combine the frame ontology and logic ontology as well as gives the algorithm that translates the logic ontology into frame ontology.
