The research of tool information management based on tool marking and identification

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of tool management,focuses on the technology of tool marking and identification applying to tool management.The technology of tool encoding,laser marking,automatic identification in the tool marking and identification was studied.Meanwhile,the tool management system which integrated the tool basic information,stock management and tool matching is also developed.At the same time,the automatic level of cutting management is improved.
