The conventionality design process is miscellaneous of normal switching power supply transformer.In the switch power supply transformer designing,most of them are proceeding in the condition that their output power have been decided.This paper put forward a six process: ascertain magnetic core standard,ascertain stimulate frequency of switching power supply,ascertain primary winding circle amounts,ascertain most current of stimulate magnetic field,ascertain the primary winding inductance in transformer.Ascertain magnetic pathway reluctance.Associate between primary winding circle amounts and magnetic saturation,associate between winding inductance and magnetic pathway reluctance.The means is especially appropriate for a everyman and the didactical demand.
