Design and implement telecommunication network resources and business management system based on 3 layers C/S & B/S structure

In this article,a telecommunication resources and business management system is introduced,which is based on the 3 layers C/S B/S structure.The management system uses PowerBuilder as the database programming language,J2EE as the network development tool and EAServer as application/Web server.With the applying of EJB middleware,the design and implementation of system function are realized successfully.In this article,some program scripts are also provided and the essential thinking and method in application development process is briefly introduced.
