Currently,there exists a certain degree of alienation in academic journals of colleges and universities.Executive editors are the main screeners and decision-makers in the choice of papers;they must set rigorous requirements for themselves in the process from topic selection,content examination to academic criticism so as to enhance the quality of their journals and promote sound academic development.
