Implementation and Analysis of MQV Based on Koblitz Elliptic Curve

Abstrcat Koblitz Curve introduced by Neal Koblitz is a family of elliptic curves which has very excellent computational characteristics. Elliptic curve scalar multiplication, the core algorithm of elliptic curve cryptography based on koblitz elliptic curve is very fast. This paper introduced the basic principle of koblitz curve and its complex multiplication, and then applied elliptic curve cryptography based on koblitz curve to the MQV. As a result, the performance of MQV is improved greatly. Furthermore, optimizing the implementation of MQV also gains an evident effectiveness.
